The House Of
Sinanju has a date with DestinyWhere There's Smoke...
Everybody with a spare million is lining up at the gates of Ranch Ragnarok, home to Esther Clear Seer's Church of the Absolute and Incontrovertible Truth. Here an evil yellow smoke shrouds an ancient oracle that offers glimpses into the future.
But when young virgins start disappearing, CURE smells something more than a scam. Here in Wyoming, East and West are about to fulfill an ancient prophecy. For Apollo himself, Zeus's own wild boy, is set to unleash a power greater than any seen in two millenia.
He's got a score to settle - and Remo is the lucky sacrificial vessel.

This book is penned by Jim Mullaney. He's written one Destroyer in the past (#88 - The Ultimate Death) and introduced the "Gyonshi". Oh, Millennia is misspelled on the back cover - It's not my typo.
Strange - the Copyright for this book is by M.C.Murphy, not Warren Murphy. M.C. is Molly, his wife.
This book is actually good! New characters, the old Remo and Chiun are back, and the nefarious evil doers are depraved sociopaths.
No glaring mistakes or errors, no meat eating Remo or doddering useless Chiun - thank the gods. The gist: we've got a modern prophet (actually an Oracle for the God Apollo) out to take over the USA, and settle an ancient blasphemy by Sinanju. He hooks up with a paramilitary fortune telling new-age chick, and takes over her operation. Blackmails senators, congressmen, millionaires, and other nefarious types.
