Her's a new twist. The person Smith picks to replace him is his own daughter. It was mentioned earlier in the series that Smith had a daughter that had a drug problem. Well she's over that. Been thru rehab, got a masters degree and was working for the CIA just like daddy. She would be even more up tight then Smith and always wear her hair pulled back in a severe bun. She plays hell at the bargining table with Chuin. Smith retires but is still available if hid daughter needs advice. Who else could Smith trust to replace him.
