Count Vasily Koschei, a White Russian aristocrat reputed to be related to Rasputin, comes up with a plan to topple the current Soviet regime and replace it with his own dictatorship. CURE gets wind of the plan and Remo is ordered to stop the plot at all costs--even if it means Remo and Chiun teaming up with old enemies to defeat a new enemy. Unfortunately, Count Koschei appears as unkillable as the original Rasputin and seems to have a secret weapon: a mysterious ally known only as Mr. Smirnoff.
