Chiun gets a mysterious visitor then tells Remo to pack, and don't forget the steamer trunk with the lapis lazuli phoenixs on it. As they travel to China, Chiun explains that he has been chosen as the new spiritual head of an offshoot of Christianity. Chiun gets treated like an emporer and Remo learns that it's all a ruse to get them to use their abilities to assassinate the church's enemies. Can Remo convince Chiun that it's a trick? Will Chiun give up his extravagant lifestyle? Will the Reining Master fight the Apprentice Master for the right to rule the church? Who knows, but Remo isn't gonna take this lying down.
