In the book "deadly Seeds," it was established that the Ninja covertly copied Sinanju. In "the last alchemist," it was established a Japanese tried to formally learn Sinjanju, then went to establish the Ninja. To reconcile this contradiction, the guy who learned under a Sinanju master augmented a select group of the existing Ninja with Sinanju-like ability. His descandents take a contract in America, and confront Remo and Chuin.
